Desi started her career in media in 1998, after graduating from Kanas State University, with many years of media broadcast knowledge in the Wichita market, primarily in the Advertising Sales sector. Desi has extensive knowledge of all advertising mediums, as she has worked in print, radio, digital and TV. Desi has also worked at a local advertising agency as a media buyer and has been helping local and regional accounts grow and expand their businesses.
Desi has been an Account Executive for KWCH Channel 12 News and the CW affiliate since 2012 and is fluent in Spanish. Desi has volunteered at the Lord’s Diner since 2006. Desi and her husband have two sons and she enjoys watching her boys play soccer, cooking and traveling.
